SKRIM MILK POWDER 3 g
DEXTROSE 5 g
COCOA POWDER, DEFATTED 35 g
INSTANT GELATINE 6 g
CARRAGEENAN 0.2 g
WET INGREDIENTS
COLD MILK (10-15)ºC 250 ml

Preparation

  1. Blend powder mix in cold milk.
  2. Whip at high speed for 3 min. untill smooth and creaamy.
  3. pour into containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
